LexisNexis Risk Solutions says a data breach at a third-party provider has exposed the personal information of more than 364,000 people.
In Camden, Cooper University Health Care has confirmed a data breach, affecting thousands and exposing sensitive patient information, including Social Security numbers and medical records.
